The Gettysburg Museum and Visitor Center offers several spaces for large and small group events, including the Refreshment Saloon, the Visitor Center lobby and the Ford Motor Company Fund Education Center.

Aramark provides catering services to the Museum and Visitor Center at Gettysburg National Military Park, and arrangements can be made for small business gatherings or for large receptions, buffets and sit-down dinners.

Space Reservation Request Form for Outside Groups

When opening the space reservation request form (Microsoft Excel document), please select the "enable macros" command. This command will allow you to mark the form and e-mail it to Nancy Rohrbaugh, assistant manager, visitor services. If you do not see the "enable macros" option, select the Tools tab, select Macros and select Security. Choose the "medium" security level in that list. Close the document and reopen it. The option to "enable macros" will display, allowing you to complete the form electronically.
