Open enrollment offers leadership development programs designed for individuals looking to expand their leadership skills in a small-group environment (limited to 12 participants).
Space is limited to ensure an intimate and impactful experience for all participants.

Designed for senior leaders who have completed the Higher Ground Leadership program, this specialized track focuses on the most grueling aspects of executive authority:
- Dilemmas and Hard Decisions: Analyze how historical commanders made high-consequence decisions under extreme pressure. Learn frameworks for navigating volatile environments where there is no clear "right" answer.
- Blending Perspectives: Learn to synthesize conflicting intelligence and manage subordinate relationships to forge cohesive strategies from diverse, often conflicting inputs.
- Management from Afar: Using the analogy of commanding vast armies with rudimentary technology, develop strategies to maintain organizational health and trust across remote or globalized teams.
