2023 News

GivingTuesday is Nov. 28, 2023.

GivingTuesday was created in 2012 and has since grown into a global day of giving that inspires people to celebrate generosity and collaborate to achieve new heights. In 2023, the Gettysburg Foundation hopes to see that generosity and collaboration reach the next generations in Gettysburg.

This GivingTuesday, all proceeds raised by the Gettysburg Foundation will be dedicated to the Foundation's endowment fund, through which your generosity will help the Foundation’s education and preservation mission continue in perpetuity.

As part of the endowment contributions, all donations will fund the Gettysburg Foundation and our support of Gettysburg National Military Park and Eisenhower National Historic Site for years to come. Your contributions this GivingTuesday will benefit preservation projects like the ongoing rehabilitation of Little Round Top, the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum & Visitor Center and education initiatives such as Children of Gettysburg 1863^®, the children's history museum adventure located in downtown Gettysburg.

You can help bring our nation’s common ground to the next generations. Give to the Gettysburg Foundation Endowment Fund this #GivingTuesday. To donate on GivingTuesday, visit GettysburgFoundation.org.
