Gettysburg Foundation Announces Thanksgiving Closure for Children of Gettysburg 1863

Families and visitors to Gettysburg during the Thanksgiving holiday should plan their visit knowing that Children of Gettysburg 1863® is closed Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27, 2025.
Located at 451 Baltimore Street in downtown Gettysburg, the children's history museum will reopen for visitors to experience the adventure Friday, Nov. 28, from Noon until 5 p.m.
